An old stone house between forest and mountain
Pine Hill is a one-hundred-year-old family house in Gračac, set between lush forests and the Velebit and Resnik mountains. You rent the whole property — four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and a fenced garden with a seasonal pool and a covered garden house.

Six beds across the whole house
One bathroom, a full kitchen, and a wood-beamed living room shared by the whole house. Linen and blankets are provided.
The garden ends at a dry-stone wall
One of the few places in the area with a pool — open seasonally, around the clock, with a new covered garden house beside it. The long table seats six for dinners outside, and the barbecue corner by the stone wall does the rest.
The whole garden is fenced, so children and pets can roam. Goals, a swing and an archery target are already waiting on the lawn.

A different house every season
Mist, mushrooms and quiet trails
The forests turn and the crowds go home. Mornings bring mist over the fields, the mushroom baskets fill, and the fishing season opens again on the rivers of the region.
Bjelolasička 89, Gračac
Gračac sits in the Lika highlands, halfway between Zadar and Plitvice. The house is at the quiet edge of town — the last stretch is a village lane, and then the forest.
