House rules
A few things that keep the house calm and the stays easy — for you, for the neighbours, and for the guests after you.
Arrival & departure
Check-in and checkout
Self check-in with the lockbox, between 5:00 and 10:00 PM — the code and directions arrive after booking.
Checkout is before 10:00 AM. Leave the key in the lockbox; we take care of the rest.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. The house is rented whole, for up to 6 guests.
The garden & pool
Outside
The pool is seasonal and open around the clock — children swim only with adult supervision.
Please cover the pool after evening swims; the cover is beside the garden house.
The barbecue is yours to use — leave it clean and cold before checkout.
The garden is fully fenced; please keep the gate closed so children and pets stay safe.
Pets
Four-legged guests
Pets are welcome by arrangement, at €15 per day per pet.
Please let us know in your inquiry how many pets are coming.
Keep pets off the beds and sofas, and clean up after them in the garden.
The neighbourhood
Quiet and respect
Gračac is a quiet town — please keep noise down outdoors after 10 PM.
Parties and events are not permitted; the house is for the registered guests only.
Safety
Good to know
Exterior security cameras face the grounds only — never the house interior or the pool.
No smoking inside the house; ashtrays are outside on the terrace.
In winter, the last stretch of the lane can hold snow — winter tyres are advised.
